Dear Parents,
November is a special time to celebrate the joy of reading and the importance of literacy—both at school and at home. We invite you to join us in promoting family reading activities throughout the month. Your child’s campus library will also be sharing fun and engaging events to spark a love of reading!
Here are a few simple ways you can participate from home:
📖 Read Together: Set aside time each week to read with your child. Help them track their reading minutes and celebrate their progress!
💌 Share Your Favorite Reading Spot: Snap a photo of your family’s favorite cozy reading corner and send it in—we’d love to showcase it!
📝 Book Talk: Encourage your child to write a short book review or recommendation to share with classmates.
🎧 Listen In: Enjoy daily or weekly read-alouds together. Whether it’s a bedtime story or a weekend book break, reading aloud is a great way to bond and build literacy skills.
